EDMOND, Okla (November 5, 2025) — Oklahoma ER & Hospital was recently resurveyed by the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality (CIHQ). For the third time, the hospital successfully met the requirements for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with CIHQ Standards and the Conditions of Participation, reflecting the facility’s ongoing commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
Oklahoma ER & Hospital underwent a rigorous onsite follow-up assessment on September 10, during which the CIHQ team toured the facility, reviewed medical records, observed care practices, and evaluated adherence to standards.
