About Dr Blubaugh: Currently living in Tulsa, Dr. Blubaugh serves as a working partner for Oklahoma ER & Hospital and Medical Director/working partner for Tulsa ER & Hospital as well. Since 2005, Dr. Blubaugh has been board certified in Emergency Medicine. He has served on the Medical Control Board for EMSA as well as the Regional Trauma Advisory Board for the State of Oklahoma.

Dr. Blubaugh enjoys working with Oklahoma ER & Hospital because it gives him more one-on-one time with patients. Personalized care and being able to focus on giving every patient an excellent experience is of upmost importance and makes his work as your emergency physician that much more rewarding.

Dr. Blubaugh considers himself blessed to have married his high school sweetheart and have 3 beautiful daughters and a “mini-me” son.
